SITUATION:
A large insurance company approached SpaceWorks with the need for a HIPAA compliant storage unit to ensure that incoming faxes were secure and private during the overnight hours. It was important that the product would be able to protect their customer’s information while holding a 60 lb. fax machine all in a single unit.

SOLUTION:
The SpaceWorks team went through a four step process to meet the needs and requirements of the insurance company. First, the dealer was able to watch and observe the needs of the particular client to customize the design to the office environment. The dealer then took their observations to the SpaceWorks STUdio for renderings of the design. We were then able to send the prototype to the customer for review before refining the design to create the final product.

RESULT:
We are producing 75-100 units for the first project and the solution is now becoming a national standard for all company branch offices.
