Stadium Seating

Situation. A Florida dealer was approached with an opportunity for a renovation of 9 classrooms for a major university in the area. Budget and timing were two critical factors, for the rooms had to be functional for the students by a certain date. The dealer sales person had a great relationship with the school and brought the opportunity to StelterPartners.

Solution: StelterPartners has an E & I contract, and the customer was happy that the project did not have to go out to bid. The project included tearing out the existing product, and installing the new product, The dealer and customer were happy that StelterPartners could provide all of these services. The StelterPartners’ installers got on site on Wednesday, April 30th to begin the tear out of the existing product. The first shipment of product arrived May 1st. The tear out and installation were completed by Monday, May 12th when the students returned back to class.

Result: The dealer was very satisfied with the product and installation, and said the customer was very satisfied as well. This project has led to other opportunities - 37 bolt-down bases for current chairs that the school has already purchased. The total job was approximately $208,000. This was one of the first projects the StelterPartners team worked on with the dealer salesperson. The performance on the job proved our capabilities and service, and gained trust and support for future opportunities. Finally, the total number of seats installed was 514.
