Reception & Credenza

Power. Performance. Prestige. This car company has incorporated these ideas into the design of their cars to represent a specific image. But the design of their cars alone would not suffice; their image had to transcend into their showrooms to create a total experience.

As the reception desk serves as a central location, the company set out to find a manufacturer that could not just put pieces of wood together, but build something that would symbolize their brand.

The STUdio design team at StelterPartners assisted by designing an iconic piece of furniture to compliment their iconic cars. The reception desk is a 120” by 24” curvilinear design constructed completely of maple veneer. To top it off, a polished pearl blue granite work surface was inserted to emphasize the look they were going for. To increase efficiency, two storage units were placed on each end of the station.

An accompanying credenza behind the main desk was designed to extend the image further into the showroom with diamond inlaid maple veneer. To ensure a perfect installation, the STUdio design team filmed a step-by-step instructional video to ensure everything went smoothly for the customer.
